I create workout plans that suit your abilities, blending intensity with a serious approach to make them enjoyable and highly effective. My specialisation is in training individuals aged 35 to 60, and I offer both in-person and online sessions.

 

I aim to maintain a relaxed and approachable demeanour while incorporating a strong and motivating coaching style. This creates a training atmosphere that is not only enjoyable but also pushes you to achieve your optimal performance.
